Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear images of the affected product. Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to our published shipping time frames. While most orders arrive within the expected period, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as courier issues or customs inspections.
If your order exceeds the displayed delivery window by more than 10 business days, please reach out to us. We will be happy to send a replacement or provide a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns for refunds under the condition that the product received is damaged or defective. Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LuxuryBeauty.com.pk is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will supply delivery confirmation details, including the carrier, tracking history, and delivery date, so you may follow up with the shipping provider directly.
Refund Deductions
All approved returned items will be subject to a 15% deduction from the total refund amount.
